The Boutique Facilitator provides versatile support across boutique activities to help deliver exceptional client service and maximize client-facing time. This in-store role assists sales associates and boutique operations, including hosting clients, inventory handling, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and host clients, delivering high standards of service.
• Provide sales and service support to Fashion Advisors.
• Assist with shipments, inventory counts, and re-ticketing.
• Support product packaging, register opening and closing, cash handling, and deposits.
• Answer phone calls and help resolve client issues professionally.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience and a high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Passion for client experience and interest in learning about the brand and its products.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
