Summary

Provide high standards of client service and operational support within the boutique, assisting sales associates and operations to maximize client-facing time and ensure smooth daily boutique functions. The role supports inventory processes, administrative tasks, register operations, and client communication while representing the brand professionally.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients and support hosting activities
• Provide continuous sales and service support as a brand ambassador
• Support incoming and outgoing shipment processes and assist with inventory cycle counts
• Assist with re-ticketing and packaging for Fashion Advisors
• Open and close registers and assist with cash handling and deposits
• Answer phone calls and resolve client issues professionally
• Facilitate receiving and shipping of product to support sales

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Understanding of and passion for client experience
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
