Summary

The Boutique Facilitator supports boutique operations and helps create a seamless client experience. This multifunctional role assists sales associates and operations teams across the boutique.

Responsibilities

• Process sales, receipts, refunds, credits, and check refunds accurately.
• Support opening and closing registers, cash handling, deposits, and client data capture.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory counts, and re-ticketing.
• Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and gift wrapping merchandise.
• Answer phone calls and help resolve client issues professionally.

Requirements

• At least one year of related experience and a high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for client experience and interest in CHANEL and its products.
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds; foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
