Summary

The Boutique Facilitator supports boutique operations and ensures a seamless client experience by handling transactions and assisting sales staff. This multi-functional, in-store role manages sales processing, inventory support, and administrative tasks to maximize client-facing time. The role also supports opening and closing registers, shipments, and accurate client data capture.

Responsibilities

• Support a seamless client experience by accurately processing sales, receipts, refunds, and credits
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging, bagging, box wrapping, and gift presentation to CHANEL standards
• Support operations by receiving and shipping inventory, assisting with inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing
• Open and close registers, handle cash and deposits, and oversee check refund procedures
• Capture and maintain accurate client data and interface with clients to explain policies and transaction documents
• Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones and resolving client issues promptly

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Able to lift 15 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with inventory handling
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Foreign language skills preferred
