Summary

Provides flexible boutique support to help deliver exceptional client service and maximize sales associates' client-facing time. Supports client hosting, boutique operations, inventory processes, and administrative needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and host clients while providing sales and service support.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory counts, and re-ticketing.
• Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and help open and close registers and handle cash and deposits.
• Answer phone calls and help resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience and a high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a passion for client experience.
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds; foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
