Boutique Facilitator - Tysons

Summary

The Boutique Facilitator supports the Tysons boutique by providing exceptional client service while performing multi‑functional operational and administrative tasks. This generalist role helps maximize client‑facing time for sales associates and ensures smooth boutique operations through shipment handling, inventory support, and register management. The role requires in‑store presence and a customer‑focused, collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients, assist with hosting and client service activities.
• Provide continuous sales and service support to Fashion Advisors and the boutique team.
• Support operations including receiving and shipping product, inventory cycle counts, and daily re‑ticketing.
• Assist with packaging, opening and closing registers, cash handling, and deposits.
• Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones and resolving client issues professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for client experience; ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays; must be present in store for opening/closing and inventory tasks.
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs.; foreign language skills preferred.
