• Communicate effectively with the Account Manager to meet local store needs.
• Achieve personal productivity goals for each event and annual retail performance targets.
• Lead by example during key selling periods.
• Manage individual travel and expense budgets.

• 3+ years of experience in prestige cosmetics sales and in-store events.
• Excellent makeup artistry skills and expert knowledge of Dior skincare.
• Strong understanding of Dior fragrances and their history.
• Practical knowledge of the latest makeup trends.
• Strong verbal communication skills and media training.
• Team player with a strong sense of style.
• Ability to close sales effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
