Lead the Bal Harbour flagship boutique to drive sales, develop the team, and ensure exceptional client experiences while overseeing store operations, merchandising, inventory, and expense control to maximize profitability.
Responsibilities
- Achieve store sales and KPI targets set by senior management
- Lead by example performing all store functions with professionalism
- Motivate and develop the team to build strong client relationships through outreach and recruitment
- Oversee merchandising, inventory management, deliveries, and pricing
- Maintain store standards and a welcoming environment with strong service and product knowledge
- Manage schedules, payroll, commissions, and staffing including hires and approvals
- Collaborate with Retail Performance and Marketing on strategies and initiatives
- Report theft or suspicious activity and handle urgent store matters including alarms
- Provide market insights and partner with corporate teams on business decisions
Requirements
- 5-8 years of retail supervisory experience; luxury experience preferred
- Team oriented leader with strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Customer service expert with a client first mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and proactive initiative
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Experience training and evaluating sales staff and managing performance
- Proficiency in Word Excel and PowerPoint preferred
- Spanish language skills a plus
