Boutique Manager

Summary

The Boutique Manager is responsible for overall management of the boutique, associates, merchandise, and customer service. They lead the sales team to achieve sales objectives and KPIs while maintaining high operational and merchandising standards. The role focuses on business development, team development, clienteling, visual merchandising, and daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement boutique business and marketing plans to grow the local customer base and drive store traffic.
• Lead by example on the selling floor, coach and motivate the sales team, and manage clienteling activities.
• Recruit, train, conduct performance reviews, and support employee development and succession planning.
• Oversee store operations including POS and inventory management, scheduling, payroll review, shrink control, and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with corporate visual and merchandising teams to maintain brand standards and manage window and in-store displays.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in luxury retail with 1-2 years of related management experience.
• Previous experience in high-end watch sales preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to understand and manage sales, budgets, goals, scheduling, and inventory systems.
• Computer proficiency and ability to lead a high-performing team in a luxury retail environment.
