Lead and manage the boutique team to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining brand standards. Drive business strategies, oversee daily operations, merchandising, events and inventory control, and support staff development through coaching and training.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategies to drive sales and maximize product performance
- Lead hands-on management and coaching of the store team to meet targets
- Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain CRM and after sales care
- Manage boutique operations including security, payments, returns and inventory control
- Organize events and promotions in coordination with Marketing and PR
- Oversee merchandising, window and interior displays per company guidelines
- Recruit, train and manage staff performance and scheduling
- Participate in management meetings and contribute to boutique budgeting
- Maintain boutique presentation, cleanliness and adherence to grooming standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a visual merchandising capacity
- Experience in luxury fashion or client oriented retail and people management
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Excellent organisational, time management and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to multi task and perform under pressure
- Proactive, flexible and assertive with strong teamwork skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint
