Summary
The Boutique Manager leads the boutique team to deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving or exceeding sales goals. This role drives commercial strategy, develops talent, and represents the Maison to uphold brand image and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead boutique to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement growth strategies and local market plans
- Build and coach high performing teams and manage talent development
- Drive client development and cultivate long term client relationships
- Partner with corporate stakeholders on retail projects and initiatives
- Ensure operational excellence including inventory, cash management, and compliance
- Champion change and continuous improvement across boutique operations
- Represent the Maison and maintain boutique image and standards
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality
- Proven experience leading leaders and managing direct reports
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus; additional language skills are beneficial
- Proficiency with MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred
- Ability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends and travel as needed
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed leadership presence, resilience, and emotional intelligence
