Summary
Lead daily operations of the fashion boutique, drive sales performance, deliver exceptional client service, and manage merchandising and boutique standards while coaching and developing the team. Collaborate with the Boutique Director and Head Office on budgets, events, and operational initiatives. Maintain high standards of presentation, client relations, inventory control, and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee boutique day to day operations and ensure adherence to brand grooming and presentation standards.
- Drive sales goals by setting and monitoring team targets and developing selling strategies.
- Provide hands on coaching, performance management, and schedule coordination for staff.
- Manage client experience and relationships, including CRM maintenance and VIP service.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and ensure product presentation and replenishment.
- Monitor stock management and inventory control to prevent discrepancies or loss.
- Coordinate with leadership on budgets, events, and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures, payments, and returns policies.
- Participate in and facilitate training and development programs for the team.

- Extensive luxury retail experience in fashion with proven sales and leadership success.
