Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of the Fragrance and Beauty boutique, deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales performance and uphold brand presentation standards. Lead and coach the sales team, oversee merchandising and inventory, and ensure effective communication with head office and senior management. Foster a customer-focused environment while maintaining confidentiality and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise boutique operations and ensure high standards of customer service and product presentation
- Coach and develop sales staff to achieve sales targets and apply product knowledge
- Manage customer relations including consultations, telephone inquiries and after sales service
- Ensure customer data is entered and maintained in the database
- Order and oversee handling and storage of merchandise to maintain stock levels
- Set up campaigns and new product displays to guarantee visual brand identity
- Monitor time and absence management and ensure team adherence to dress code and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of customer, stock and office areas
- Provide daily and weekly reporting to head office and lead morning meetings
Requirements
- Strong retail experience in beauty or fashion with proven sales success
- Proven leadership and team coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with storytelling ability
- Initiative and ability to build personalized customer relationships
- High integrity, professionalism and emotional intelligence
