Summary

The Boutique Manager leads the sales and operations of a Givenchy boutique to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets. This role develops a service-focused team, delivers exceptional client experiences, and represents the brand in the local community.

• Lead, develop, and support the boutique team and its sales and operational activities.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a related industry.
• 5-10 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video-telephony tools such as Zoom.
• Demonstrated ability to develop community relationships and manage competing client, team, and operational commitments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; multilingual skills are a plus.
