• Implement structured training programs focused on product knowledge and client engagement.
• Oversee boutique operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Ensure continuous client acquisition and development.
• Act as a brand ambassador and foster strategic partnerships.

• 7-10 years of management experience in luxury retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Deep understanding of luxury retail clienteling and CRM strategies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office software required, SAP preferred.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and special events.
