Boutique Manager

Summary

Manage and promote the brand at the Scottsdale boutique, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and overseeing daily operations. Lead recruiting, development, and retention of sales associates while managing the boutique P&L and operational standards. Ensure loss prevention compliance and execute business planning to meet budget and diversification targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales budget and diversification targets
• Recruit develop and retain sales associates
• Coach sales associate behaviors on the sales floor and in the back room
• Develop and review sales associate performance goals
• Create and execute annual business plans
• Manage P&L and controllable boutique expenses
• Oversee operational execution of policy and procedure
• Ensure loss prevention policies and practices are followed
• Provide high levels of customer service to stimulate sales growth

Requirements

• At least 5 years of retail management experience
• Affinity for luxury goods watches and jewelry experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and strong floor management skills
• Ability to manage a P&L and create business plans
• Strong clienteling skills and results oriented
• Resourceful problem solver and strong communicator
• Open availability including nights weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs
• Expert computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook SAP and CRM systems preferred
