Summary
The Boutique Manager leads the boutique team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales and service KPIs. This role manages boutique operations, team development, and executes strategies to grow business and client loyalty while representing the brand in the market.
Responsibilities
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to store and services KPIs monthly
- Lead by example on the sales floor and ensure a welcoming environment
- Educate customers on brand and products and apply signature service methods
- Build and execute monthly and quarterly strategies for business development
- Report weekly on store performance and gather market and competition trends
- Set and track individual KPIs and provide coaching and feedback to staff
- Recruit, onboard, and develop talent and manage scheduling and payroll in partnership with HR
- Organize and host in-store events and ensure successful communications and execution
- Master and leverage client data to recruit, retain, and grow client loyalty
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years as a Business or Boutique Manager managing a team of 5 to 10 people
- Proven track record achieving retail sales and profitability targets
- Experience in luxury retail or fragrance brands and executing brand events
- Excellent selling, customer service, and people management skills
- Strong beauty knowledge and ability to connect with clients and build relationships
- Proficient with POS systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, HRIS, and client tracking systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the local language
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
