Boutique Manager

As a Boutique Manager at Piaget in Los Angeles, you will serve as a brand ambassador, responsible for achieving sales targets, developing a sales team, and enforcing operational policies. You will embody the refined luxury lifestyle of Piaget, ensuring an elevated client experience through exceptional customer service and leadership.

• Achieve sales goals and KPIs while enhancing the client database.
• Define annual strategic action plans and boutique objectives with the Network Sales Director.
• Engage in community outreach and networking to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop, train, and motivate the boutique team to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with Richemont and Piaget standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable client experiences.
• Oversee P&L and control boutique expenses.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and operational processes in partnership with Operations and Richemont Teams.
• Oversee stock management and visual merchandising presentations.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in luxury retail or service industry.
• Strong passion for developing teams and implementing development plans.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Professional attitude and reliability.
• Ability to motivate others and work well within a team.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office software.
• Enthusiastic, self-confident, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
