Boutique Manager

Summary

The Boutique Manager supports the management of boutique operations, with a focus on excellent client service, sales performance, and a professional team environment. This role coaches and develops colleagues while working closely with the management team to deliver a luxury client experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through sales strategies, clienteling, new client sourcing, and long-term client relationships.
• Evaluate team performance, provide coaching, and develop action plans to strengthen service and selling.
• Monitor market competition, watch trends, and client shopping behaviors.
• Forecast, plan, and budget business needs, including staffing and payroll.
• Manage daily boutique operations and support recruitment, retention, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Develop product knowledge and train the team on current collections.
• Support the Boutique Director and serve as a leader within the building.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail service experience; luxury retail experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of watch trends and marketplace competition.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with retail systems.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
