Boutique Manager

Summary

The Boutique Manager supports day to day boutique operations with a focus on delivering exceptional client service, coaching and developing team members, and driving sales performance. This role works closely with the management team to maintain boutique standards, manage operational tasks, and foster a collaborative luxury retail environment. The manager also contributes to recruitment, forecasting, and business planning to meet boutique objectives.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals through clienteling and relationship building
• Evaluate team performance and provide coaching and development action plans
• Monitor market competition and product trends to inform boutique strategy
• Forecast, plan and manage business needs including payroll and staffing
• Manage daily operational tasks according to brand standards
• Assist with recruitment and retention efforts
• Serve as a leader supporting the Boutique Director
• Develop and cascade product knowledge to the team
• Maintain a luxury client experience through outstanding service

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail service experience, preferably in luxury retail
• Knowledge of watch trends and marketplace competition
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office and retail systems such as labor management and sales reporting
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
