Boutique Operations Associate

Summary

The Boutique Operations Associate supports daily in-store operations and inventory management while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role serves as the boutique expert on standard operating procedures, systems, and tools and partners with boutique leadership to maintain operational standards. The associate contributes to omni-channel service, visual standards, and team collaboration to ensure smooth boutique functioning.

Responsibilities

• Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the client experience
• Act as the expert resource on Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools
• Support daily operations including opening/closing registers, receiving and shipping product, and processing damages
• Maintain organized stock storage, process received stock, and record inventory in systems
• Partner with management to execute stock cycle counts and annual physical inventory
• Communicate inventory and supply needs to boutique leadership
• Support visual merchandising, brand image, and hygiene standards
• Provide continuous sales and service support and foster positive team relationships

Requirements

• 3+ years of related retail or boutique operations experience
• Understanding of inventory management and omni-channel retail processes
• Ability to move items up to 25 lbs and perform physical stock tasks
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Experience in fragrance and beauty preferred; foreign language skills a plus
