Summary
Provide operational support within the boutique to ensure exceptional client experiences. Serve as the expert on standard operating procedures, systems, and inventory processes while supporting daily store functions and collaborating with boutique leaders. Maintain brand image, visual merchandising, and an organized stock system to support sales and omni-channel service.
Responsibilities
- Uphold operational standards and procedures to deliver the client experience
- Manage opening and closing of registers and daily boutique operations
- Receive, process, and record incoming stock and maintain organized storage
- Support shipping of product and manage damages and restock needs
- Partner with management to execute cycle counts and annual physical inventory
- Communicate inventory and supply needs to Boutique Director and Assistant Boutique Manager
- Maintain brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements
- Provide sales and service support and act as a resource on systems and tools
- Support omni-channel service to ensure seamless in-store and online experiences
Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience
- Ability to move and lift items up to 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast paced environment
- Passion for the brand and its product offerings
- Experience in fragrance and beauty industry preferred
