Responsibilities- Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate CHANEL client experience.
- Act as the ultimate expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including welcoming and greeting all clients.
- Support daily operations, including opening and closing of registers, managing shipments, and inventory processes.
- Maintain an organized stock storage system and process received stock.
- Communicate inventory and supply needs to management.
- Execute stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory.
- Uphold an omni-channel mindset for a seamless client experience.
- Co-own brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
- Provide continuous sales and service support as a brand ambassador.
- Build positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.
Requirements- 3+ years of related experience.
- Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Experience in the fragrance & beauty industry preferred.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for the House of CHANEL and its offerings.
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally.
