As a Boutique Operations Associate at CHANEL in La Cantera, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique. You will be responsible for maintaining operational standards, supporting the boutique team, and enhancing the client experience through exceptional service and operational expertise.

• Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate CHANEL client experience.
• Act as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools for the boutique team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, including welcoming and greeting all clients.
• Support daily operations, including opening and closing registers, managing shipments, and restocking.
• Maintain an organized stock storage system and process received stock.
• Communicate inventory and supply needs to management.
• Execute stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory.
• Promote an omni-channel mindset for a seamless client experience.
• Co-own brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
• Build positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in the fragrance and beauty industry preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for client experience.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
