As a Boutique Operations Associate at Valley Fair, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique, providing exceptional service, and supporting the boutique leaders. You will be responsible for maintaining operational standards, managing inventory, and enhancing the client experience.

• Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate CHANEL client experience.
• Act as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, including welcoming and greeting all clients.
• Support daily operations including opening and closing of registers, handling shipments, and managing stock needs.
• Maintain an organized stock storage system and process received stock.
• Communicate inventory and supply needs to management.
• Execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory.
• Uphold an omni-channel mindset for a seamless client experience.
• Co-own brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
• Build positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to move heavy items up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in the fragrance & beauty industry preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for CHANEL and its offerings.
