Boutique Operations Specialist

As a Boutique Operations Specialist at CHANEL Bellevue, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique. You will be responsible for maintaining operational standards, supporting the boutique team, and enhancing the client experience through exceptional service and operational excellence.

• Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate CHANEL client experience.
• Act as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, Systems, and Tools for the boutique team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, including welcoming and greeting all clients.
• Support daily operations including opening and closing of registers, handling shipments, and managing stock.
• Maintain an organized stock storage system and process received stock.
• Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director/Assistant Boutique Manager.
• Partner with the Assistant Boutique Manager to execute stock cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Uphold an omni-channel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience from in-store to online.
• Co-own brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
• Build positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to move heavy items up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in the fragrance & beauty industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for CHANEL and its offerings.
