Summary

This is a contracted beauty advisor role supporting Hermès boutiques at South Coast Plaza during product launches and key moments. The role focuses on delivering luxury makeup consultations, demonstrations and appointment-based services to elevate client experience and support store sales. The advisor partners with store teams to maintain visual standards, hygiene and grooming protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one luxury beauty consultations and product recommendations
• Perform demonstrations and color swatching to guide client selections
• Manage and service booked appointments
• Collaborate with store sales associates to achieve sales and client satisfaction goals
• Maintain visual presentation of the beauty area and uphold hygiene and grooming standards
• Support boutiques during launches, events and peak moments

Requirements

• Experience in makeup artistry or luxury beauty retail and client consultations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
• Comfortable performing in-store demonstrations and managing appointments
• Knowledge of current beauty trends and product expertise
• Ability to meet grooming and hygiene standards and maintain visual merchandising
• Flexible availability to work contracted shifts for launches and events and participate in virtual trainings
