This contracted, in-person role assists store sales associates in the beauty area by providing consultations, demonstrations, and appointment support. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional one-on-one beauty consultations and product demonstrations, including color swatching.
• Support store sales associates to drive sales and client satisfaction during launches and events.
• Manage booked appointments and coordinate client service flow within the beauty area.
• Maintain visual presentation, hygiene protocols, and grooming standards for the beauty space.
• Stay current on product knowledge and beauty trends to advise clients effectively.

Requirements

• Passion for makeup and luxury beauty with strong product knowledge.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills; comfortable demonstrating products.
• Ability to create a welcoming, inspiring environment and recommend solutions to clients.
• Available to work contracted shifts for launches, key moments, and training sessions.
• Uphold hygiene and grooming standards and maintain visual merchandising for the beauty area.
