Summary
Provide immediate diagnostic service and repairs to clients at the Beverly Hills boutique, performing watchmaking tasks across quartz, mechanical, automatic, chronograph and complication movements while maintaining workshop standards and ensuring timely allocation of services.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnosis and service evaluation for watches clocks and accessories.
- Communicate repair findings and service needs to sales associates clients and management.
- Execute watchmaking repairs including encasing testing and quick services for selected jewelry.
- Maintain and organize workshop tools equipment and ensure calibration and regular maintenance.
- Follow health and safety guidelines for chemicals equipment and tools.
- Participate in routine testing practical training and quality control assessments.
- Provide feedback on product quality components tools and equipment to regional technical management.
- Participate in Maison sponsored events masterclasses product launches and VIP events.
- Attend brand trainings including refreshers evolutions calibers processes and equipment use.
Requirements
- Accredited watchmaking diploma or certification or equivalent validated by exam.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in watchmaking (5-10 years preferred).
- Experience with retail and luxury brands preferred.
- Proven ability to repair higher complications and calibers.
- Strong organizational interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced team environment.
- Computer skills knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
