Branch Security Officer - Ala Moana

Summary

Provide security and operations support for a luxury retail store, ensuring safety of assets and exemplary client experience. Partner with senior security and store management to deter theft, respond to incidents, and maintain security systems. Perform opening and closing procedures and support back of house operations while contributing to sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft and report missing assets
• Respond to emergency situations and implement incident management procedures
• Perform daily inspections, alarm tests, key access checks, and submit reports
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs
• Cover security and back of house operations and controls
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering memorable in store client experiences
• Support store operations to help achieve sales plans
• Act on client feedback and optimize hospitality and store amenities

Requirements

• High school graduate
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred
• Minimum 1 year prior security related experience preferred
