Branch Security Officer - Ala Moana

Summary

The Branch Security Officer is responsible for protecting store assets and supporting daily store operations while delivering exceptional client service. This role enforces security systems and procedures, conducts inspections and alarm tests, performs opening and closing duties, and assists with facilities and back-of-house operations. The officer also supports sales and enhances the in-store client experience by acting as a Tiffany ambassador and responding to incidents and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and operations support to deter theft and protect assets.
• Partner with senior security and store management to report missing assets and implement incident management procedures.
• Conduct daily inspections, equipment and alarm tests, manage key access, and complete security reports.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and back-of-house controls.
• Respond to emergency situations and coordinate incident response.
• Support sales and client experience by engaging clients, optimizing hospitality, and acting on NPS feedback.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: Experience in a retail/security environment and 1 year prior security-related experience.
