Branch Security Officer - American Dream

Summary

Provide a secure and welcoming environment for clients and employees at a luxury retail store. Serve as an ambassador and first point of contact while supporting sales, service, security controls and back of house operations. Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities and incident management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as store ambassador to welcome clients and support the Tiffany experience.
• Support sales by deepening client relationships and assisting store operations to meet sales plans.
• Deliver exceptional in store service and hospitality to create memorable client moments.
• Implement and follow security systems procedures including daily inspections and alarm tests.
• Partner with senior security and management to deter theft and respond to incidents.
• Report missing assets and support incident management program procedures.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and back of house operational tasks.
• Assist with facilities repairs and communicate needs to the store team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred.
• Minimum one year prior security related experience preferred.
