Branch Security Officer - Bellevue

Summary

Provide security and back of house operations support for the store while delivering a high level of client service and contributing to sales goals. Partner with senior security and management to deter theft, respond to incidents, and maintain security systems and procedures. Perform opening and closing duties and assist with facilities tasks to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide security controls and operations support to drive sales and service.
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft and report missing assets.
• Respond to emergency situations and implement incident management procedures.
• Ensure security systems and procedures are followed, including inspections and alarm tests.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and other operations tasks.
• Assist with facilities repairs and communicate needs to the store team.
• Cover back of house operations and key access controls.
• Deliver a positive customer experience and act as a brand ambassador.
• Support store sales plan through client engagement and service.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred.
• One year prior experience in a security related position preferred.
• Ability to follow security procedures and perform opening and closing tasks.
