Branch Security Officer - Copley

Summary

The Brand Security Officer is responsible for overseeing daily security and back of house operations at the store level, partnering with senior security and management to deter theft, respond to incidents, and support store sales and service. This role supports opening and closing procedures, maintains security systems and inspections, and delivers a high level of client service consistent with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and operations support to drive sales and service.
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft and report missing assets.
• Respond to emergency situations and implement incident management procedures.
• Conduct daily inspections, alarm tests, key access checks and submit reports.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and other operational tasks.
• Assist with facilities repairs and communicate with the store team.
• Cover back of house operations and controls.
• Act as a brand ambassador to deliver a positive client experience.
• Act on client feedback and NPS scores to enhance service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred.
• At least 1 year prior experience in a security related position preferred.
