Branch Security Officer - Crystals

Summary

Provide security and back of house operations support for the store, ensuring adherence to security systems and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to sales goals. Partner with senior security staff and management to deter theft, respond to emergencies, and perform opening and closing and facilities tasks at the Crystals location.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily security inspections, equipment and alarm tests, and key access checks
• Report missing assets and follow incident management procedures
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and back of house operations
• Support facilities repairs and communicate maintenance needs to store team
• Provide a positive client experience and act as a brand ambassador
• Deepen client relationships to support sales and lifetime value
• Act on client feedback and NPS scores to enhance hospitality and store amenities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred
• One year prior experience in a security related position preferred
