Branch Security Officer - Frontenac

Summary

The Branch Security Officer maintains a secure environment for clients and employees while serving as an ambassador and first point of contact for clients. This role supports sales and service by delivering a positive in-store experience and performing security and back of house operations and controls.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Tiffany ambassador and deliver exceptional customer service to deepen client relationships.
• Support store operations to help achieve sales plans and execute opening and closing procedures.
• Provide security and operations support to deter theft and protect assets.
• Partner with senior security and management to report incidents and respond to emergencies.
• Perform daily inspections, alarm tests, equipment checks, and key access controls.
• Implement incident management procedures and submit required reports.
• Assist with facilities repairs and coordinate with the store team.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred one year prior experience in a security related position or retail security environment.
