Summary
Provide security and operational support at the branch level to protect assets, ensure adherence to security procedures, and contribute to a high-quality client experience through hands-on execution and collaboration with store leadership.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service
- Partner with senior security and management to deter theft and report missing assets
- Respond to emergency situations and implement incident management procedures
- Ensure security systems and procedures are followed through inspections and alarm tests
- Carry out opening and closing procedures and other daily operations tasks
- Assist with facilities repairs and communicate maintenance needs to the store team
- Cover back of house operations and key access controls
- Deliver a positive client experience and act as a brand ambassador
- Act on client feedback and support hospitality and store amenities
Requirements
- High school graduate
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Experience in a retail or security environment preferred
- At least 1 year prior security related experience desired
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
