Branch Security Officer - Natick

Summary

The Brand Security Officer oversees daily security and back of house operations to protect assets and support store performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role partners with senior security and store management to implement security controls, respond to incidents, and maintain security systems and procedures. The officer also assists with opening and closing duties and facility coordination to enable smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and operations support to drive sales and service.
• Partner with senior security and management to deter theft and report missing assets.
• Respond to emergency situations and implement incident management procedures.
• Perform daily inspections, alarm tests, equipment checks, and key access controls.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and back of house operations.
• Assist with facilities repairs and communicate needs to store team.
• Support store sales by delivering a positive client experience and acting as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred one year prior experience in a security related or retail security role.
