Branch Security Officer - Palm Beach

Summary

The Branch Security Officer provides security and operational support for the Palm Beach store, protecting assets and ensuring the safety of clients and team members while delivering exceptional service. The role partners with senior security and store management to implement incident management procedures, manage opening and closing processes, and support back-of-house operations. The officer is hands-on, approachable, and focused on maintaining brand desirability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and operations support to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations.
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and store management to implement incident management procedures and follow up on inspections, alarm tests, equipment, key access, and report submissions.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and back-of-house operations and controls.
• Ensure security systems and procedures are adhered to through daily inspections and equipment checks.
• Support sales by delivering a positive client experience, acting as a brand ambassador, and deepening client relationships.
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities, act on NPS scores and client feedback to elevate the in-store experience.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred; 1 year prior security-related experience desired.
