Branch Security Officer - Palm Beach

Summary

Provide security and back of house operations support for a luxury retail branch, focusing on loss prevention, client experience, and store operations. Work closely with senior security and store management to implement incident management procedures, maintain security systems, and support sales through exceptional service and brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service
• Partner with senior security and management to deter theft and report missing assets
• Respond to emergency situations and implement incident management procedures
• Follow daily inspections, equipment checks, alarm tests, key access controls, and report submissions
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs
• Cover back of house operations and controls
• Act as a brand ambassador to deepen client relationships and support sales goals
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities to enhance client experience and act on feedback

Requirements

• High school graduate
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred
• Minimum one year prior security related experience desired
