Branch Security Officer - Palm Beach

Summary

The Branch Security Officer oversees daily security and back of house operations to protect assets and support store performance while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role partners with senior security and store management to implement security controls, respond to incidents, and assist with facilities and operational tasks. The officer acts as a brand ambassador, supporting sales and hospitality standards in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and operations support to drive sales and service.
• Partner with senior security and management to deter theft and report missing assets.
• Respond to emergency situations and follow incident management procedures.
• Ensure adherence to security systems through inspections, alarm tests, and key access controls.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs.
• Cover back of house operations and controls.
• Deliver a positive client experience and act as a brand ambassador.
• Implement hospitality processes and act on client feedback and NPS scores.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred.
• At least 1 year prior experience in a security related position preferred.
