Branch Security Officer - Plaza Frontenac

Summary

The Branch Security Officer maintains a secure environment for clients and employees while supporting store operations and customer service. This role serves as an on-floor ambassador to clients, assists with hospitality and sales support, and executes back-of-house security controls. The officer partners with management and senior security staff to deter loss, respond to incidents, and ensure adherence to security procedures and systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees and act as the first point of contact for clients.
• Monitor and enforce security systems and procedures; perform daily inspections, alarm tests, key access control, and submit required reports.
• Deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergency situations, and implement incident management procedures.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, support back-of-house operations, and assist with facility repairs and communication with store team.
• Support sales and service by enhancing the client experience and executing hospitality best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Basic computer skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: 1 year prior security-related experience and/or experience in a retail or security environment.
