Branch Security Officer - Ross Park

Summary

The Branch Security Officer maintains a safe and secure environment for clients and employees while serving as a brand ambassador. This role supports store operations, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house controls, and coordination with management on incident response. The Officer also assists with facilities tasks and contributes to delivering a high-quality in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the sales floor and back-of-house areas to deter theft and ensure client and employee safety.
• Serve as a first point of contact and represent the brand in all customer interactions.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, key access, alarm tests, and daily inspections.
• Partner with management to report missing assets, respond to emergencies, and follow incident management procedures.
• Support store operations and facilities repairs as needed to maintain store readiness.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: experience in a retail/security environment and 1 year prior security-related experience.
