Branch Security Officer - Tampa

Summary

The Branch Security Officer oversees daily security and back of house operations at the store, partnering with senior security and management to deter theft, respond to incidents, and support sales and service goals. This role requires hands-on execution of security controls, opening and closing procedures, and collaboration with store teams to enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and operations support to drive sales and service.
• Partner with senior security and management to deter theft and report missing assets.
• Respond to emergency situations and implement incident management procedures.
• Conduct daily inspections, alarm tests, and equipment checks.
• Manage key access and submit required security reports.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and support facilities repairs.
• Cover back of house operations and controls.
• Act as a brand ambassador to elevate the in store client experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred.
• At least 1 year prior security related experience preferred.
