Branch Security Officer

Summary

The Branch Security Officer maintains a safe and secure environment for clients and employees while serving as a visible ambassador and first point of contact on the sales floor. The role combines security duties with back-of-house operations and store controls, including opening and closing procedures. The officer supports sales and service by fostering strong client interactions while enforcing security systems and incident management protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide a secure environment by deterring theft and responding to incidents and emergencies.
• Partner with senior security and store management to investigate and report missing assets and implement incident management procedures.
• Perform daily security inspections, alarm and equipment tests, key access monitoring, and required report submissions.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and operational tasks to support store performance.
• Act as a customer-facing ambassador to deepen client relationships and support sales and service objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Basic computer skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Preferred: experience in a retail or security environment and at least 1 year in a security-related role.
