Branch Security Officer

Summary

The Branch Security Officer maintains a secure environment for clients and employees while serving as an ambassador and first point of contact. This role supports store operations and delivers the brand experience through security, back of house controls, and customer service during retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times
• Serve as ambassador and first point of contact for clients
• Support store operations including opening and closing procedures
• Partner with senior security and management to deter theft and report missing assets
• Respond to emergency situations and follow incident management procedures
• Perform daily inspections, alarm tests, and key access controls
• Assist with facilities repairs and communicate with the store team
• Support sales by deepening client relationships and delivering the brand experience
• Execute hospitality and store amenities best practices

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred
• Minimum 1 year prior security related experience preferred
