Branch Security Officer

Summary

The Branch Security Officer maintains a safe and secure environment for clients and employees while serving as a store ambassador. This role supports store sales and operations through security controls, opening and closing procedures, and emergency response. The officer also assists with back-of-house operations, equipment inspections, and customer-facing service to uphold the in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment and deter theft through visible presence and adherence to security procedures.
• Partner with senior security and management to report missing assets, investigate incidents, and implement incident management protocols.
• Perform daily security inspections, alarm and equipment tests, key access controls, and report submissions.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and maintenance coordination.
• Support sales and service by acting as a Tiffany ambassador and delivering exceptional customer interactions on the sales floor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete required reports and inspections.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: experience in a retail or security environment with at least 1 year in a security-related position.
