Branch Security Officer

Summary

The Branch Security Officer oversees daily security and back of house operations for the store, ensuring adherence to security systems and procedures while supporting sales and customer service. This role partners with senior security and management to deter theft, respond to incidents, and maintain operational controls. The officer also assists with opening and closing procedures and facilities coordination to support a safe and welcoming client experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and operations support to drive sales and service.
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft and report missing assets.
• Respond to emergency situations and implement incident management procedures.
• Perform daily inspections, alarm tests, key access checks, and report submissions.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs.
• Cover back of house operations and controls.
• Act as a brand ambassador to deliver exceptional client experiences and support sales goals.
• Implement standard hospitality processes and act on client feedback and NPS scores.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred.
• At least 1 year prior security related experience preferred.
