Branch Security Officer

Summary

The Branch Security Officer is a hands-on security and operations role responsible for protecting store assets while supporting a high-quality client experience. This role partners with store management and central security to deter theft, respond to incidents and maintain security systems and procedures. The Officer also assists with back-of-house operations, opening and closing tasks, and contributes to store sales and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Security Officer and store management to deter theft and implement incident management procedures.
• Respond to emergency situations and escalate incidents as required.
• Perform daily security inspections, alarm tests, equipment checks, key access control and required report submissions.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and support back-of-house operations and facilities communication.
• Support the store in delivering excellent client experiences and sales through visible security presence and hospitality-focused interactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete required reports and inspections.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: experience in a retail/security environment and at least 1 year of prior security-related experience.
