Summary
The Branch Security Officer is responsible for delivering exceptional security and operations support in a retail store environment, partnering with management to deter theft, respond to incidents, and uphold brand standards while supporting sales and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide security and operations support to drive sales and service.
- Partner with senior security and management to deter theft and report missing assets.
- Respond to emergency situations and implement incident management procedures.
- Ensure security systems and procedures are followed including inspections and alarm tests.
- Perform opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs.
- Cover back of house operations and controls.
- Act as a brand ambassador to support store sales plan and client experience.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities and act on client feedback and NPS scores.
- Communicate and coordinate with store team on operational matters.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Experience in a retail or security environment preferred.
- One year prior experience in a security related position preferred.
