Branch Security Officer

Summary

The Branch Security Officer provides hands on security and operations support for the store, focusing on client safety, asset protection, and exceptional customer service while partnering with senior security and management to implement incident management and daily security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service
• Partner with senior security and management to deter theft and report missing assets
• Respond to emergency situations and implement incident management procedures
• Perform daily inspections, alarm tests, key access control, and equipment checks
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and other operational tasks
• Assist with facilities repairs and communicate issues to the store team
• Support sales by deepening client relationships and delivering the brand experience
• Elevate in store experience by optimizing hospitality and store amenities

Requirements

• High school graduate
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Prior experience in a retail or security environment preferred
• At least 1 year prior experience in a security related position preferred
